Production and Delivery
After you have placed your order with Noct Offs Furniture one of our customer reps will contact you to quote you with a delivery price, time and date. This is so that we can get you the best deal possible.
In very rare cases there can be delivery delays with orders which can be caused by unexpected high order quantities. If delivery is delayed, one of our CS reps will be able to provide you with more information.
Order Status / Track Your Order
You can always view the status of your Noct Offs order by signing into your account and clicking on “order history”.
Immediately after you have placed your order you will receive an order confirmation email. This informs you that we have accepted and are processing your order. Keep this email for your records as it contains your order number.
As soon as your order has been dispatched you will receive a delivery confirmation via email. You may receive multiple emails if parts of your order are dispatched at different times. With the shipment confirmation you will receive an estimated delivery time.

In rare cases orders will have to be cancelled by the Noct Offs team due to order processing difficulties, which can include:
> The item you’ve ordered is out of stock
> Payment wasn’t received
Re-Order a Product
After you have ordered a product you can re-order it by logging in to your account. Click on the link “order history” which will lead you to the page where you can see your past orders listed. Click on the order that you would like to re-order.
If you wish to re-order all the products from a previous order, click on “re-order”
If you wish to re-order only some parts of an order, go into your saved products and select the specific items you wish to re-order and add each to a new order.
